Nicholas Holmes
Hi! I'm Nicholas - I'm a founder, builder and commercial strategist, currently based in London.
I'm currently working on applying AI to multiple business models, with a particular interest in agentic workflows, RAG/vector search systems and (more conceptually) building AI systems that work across cultures, with a particular interest in South East Asia.
I'm the creator of The Unstuck Box®, a toolkit that's widely-used to improve leadership around the world. I'm also the author of The Unstuck Box One to Ones Planner and the The High-Impact 1:1 Playbook.
I've built and exited multiple companies, including The Unstuck Box, ContractHound, Nickelled and Clippings.me.
In between, I've had multiple stints in the corporate world, including leading teams at Google (in Singapore and London) and Accenture in London. I enjoy the teamwork and camaraderie of corporate life. I do not enjoy the bureaucracy.
Before all that, I studied History at King's College London, with a special interest in French revolutionary history. I've been lucky enough to live in many countries, including France (where I still spend a lot of time with family), Singapore, Ireland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
